Sr. System Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, prioritize, and resolve system incidents.

• Lead commercial system projects.

• Prioritize demands between business and tech teams.

• Refine and document requirements for new features.

• Request requirement approvals from key users.

• Develop and execute test scenarios.

• Support user acceptance testing.

• Lead the deployment process, including communication with stakeholders.

• Manage the system interface list.

• Request and discuss system integrations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with web-based software.

• Requirements gathering and analysis.

• Development and execution of software test scenarios.

• Knowledge of project management principles.

• Experience with SQL, APIs, and FTP/SFTP protocols.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry.

• Knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate.

• Experience with DevOps.
