    Involves handling packages within an operation including manual handling, sort activities, screening and completing any related administration or paperwork.

    General Job Description

    • Under general supervision performs the following activities:
    • Loading and unloading vehicles observing instructions for removal and packaging of volumes.
    • Organize goods in the warehouse according to the distribution routes observing packing instructions.
    • Execute the pick-up of packages at customers address, observing the loading and stowage rules, packing list specifications
    • Execute the loading of the collected packages and ask the customer to stamp and sign the pickup documents.
    • Execute the delivery of packages, organize the volumes in the customer’s warehouses and ask the customer to fill in the following requires in the delivery documents.
    • Inform the Cargo Clerk (Handler II) regarding all the losses and damages.
    • Organize and maintain the warehouse and handling equipment in an adequate state of use.
    • Maintain warehouse within established organization and conservation standards.
    • May be required to perform other duties as assigned
